Requirements
- Fresh Graduates are Welcome!
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Business, Administration, Communications, Finance, Psychology or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in insurance administration or customer service is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of automotive insurance policies is preferred.
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a must for business purposes.
- Strong communicator with a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled at multitasking.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment.
