Description

  1. Perform basic bookkeeping activities.
  2. Plan and organize the conduct of meetings or conferences.
  3. Write and distribute meeting minutes to all relevant parties.
  4. Maintain company documents in both physical and digital formats.
  5. Organize and provide various necessary documents, such as reports or informational materials.
  6. Sort and distribute correspondence.
  7. Seek solutions and resolve administrative issues, analyze data, and prepare reports.
  8. Maintain and arrange office supplies.


Requirements

  • Male/female, preferably female, maximum age 30 years
  • Minimum education: D3/S1 in Accounting
  • Proficient in financial accounting bookkeeping
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Creative, innovative, and solution-oriented
  • Honest and responsible
  • Open to fresh graduates
