Position Overview

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team. You will play a critical role in generating leads, building relationships, and converting prospects into clients. This role is ideal for someone excited about sales, eager to learn, and passionate about creating value in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach
• Assist customers in identifying the right insurance products to meet their personal or business needs
• Prepare and present proposals and explain policy options
• Maintain accurate client records in the customer database and ensure timely follow-ups
• Collaborate with insurance partners to manage applications and underwriting processes
• Stay informed on industry trends, underwriting guidelines, and new product offerings
• Support marketing and business development initiatives as needed
• Support social media management and ensure the effectiveness of the channel for sales prospecting

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in insurance, financial services, or a start-up environment; fresh graduates are likewise welcome to apply
• Property & Casualty or Life/Health license (or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and hit sales targets
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and platforms
• Passion for building relationships and solving problems for clients
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow with the company
