Description

  • Sales & Client Management:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Technical Support & Consultation:
  • Provide expert advice on product selection, application, and installation to clients.
  • Conduct site visits to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in roofing materials and its related products.
  • Project Coordination:
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and successful implementation of projects.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems related to our products.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and project developments.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and network with industry professionals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional license holder is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in sales or technical support within the construction materials industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of construction materials and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite application
  • Preferably with a valid driver’s license and is willing to travel .
