Description
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Develop and present customized solutions to clients
- Respond to technical questions and provide detailed product information
- Support the sales process with technical expertise
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and technical documentation
- Work with engineering teams to relay customer feedback
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products
- Participate in trade shows and industry events
- Train and support customers on product usage
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 3 years experience in a technical sales or engineering role
- Ready Mix Concrete and Asphalt Products.
- Prepare and give technical presentations to explain to customers how the products and services work.
- Work with the customers and Engineers to and the plants to ensure the products and services meets customer requirements.
- Communicate with the sales team to understand consumer demands and offer sales support where necessary.
- Secure orders, and assure total customer satisfaction.
- Establish customer rapport and acceptance.
- Help clients and work with the plant, the logistics teams and the Q.A Team.
