- Develop sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives.
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management.
- Collaborate with marketing to align sales efforts.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of proven experience in sales management.
- Skills and Competencies: Expertise in sales strategy and management, key account management, and exceptional organization skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and execute sales strategies, manage key accounts, and lead a sales team to meet targets.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional travel for client meetings and events.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and a results-oriented mindset.
