Description

  • A showroom-based sales representative works in a physical showroom, assisting customers, promoting products, and closing sales. Their responsibilities typically include:
  • Greeting and assisting customers – Providing product information, answering inquiries, and offering recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Showcasing products – Demonstrating features, benefits, and pricing of items displayed in the showroom.
  • Processing sales transactions – Handling orders, invoices, and payment processing.
  • Maintaining the showroom – Ensuring displays are attractive, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Building customer relationships – Following up on inquiries, assisting with after-sales service, and maintaining a professional rapport with clients.
  • Meeting sales targets – Working towards achieving individual and team sales goals.
  • This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a customer-focused approach.
