Keterangan

We are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to develop and deliver effective training programs for our telesales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales training, particularly in telesales, and will be responsible for enhancing the skills and performance of our sales representatives.


  • Design and Implement Training Programs: Develop comprehensive training curricula tailored to telesales, including modules on communication skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  • Conduct Training Sessions: Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and role-playing exercises to improve sales competencies.
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the impact of training programs through performance metrics and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Onboard New Sales Representatives: Provide orientation and initial training to new hires, ensuring they are equipped to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Management: Work closely with sales managers to identify training needs and align programs with business objectives.
  • Maintain Training Materials: Keep all training documentation up to date, including manuals, and presentations.

Persyaratan

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales training, with a focus on telesales.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and telesales techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to assess training needs and develop effective programs.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in sales training or coaching are a plus.
