In this position, you will play a key role in the development and management of the organization's software applications. You will focus on the strategic development, integration, and optimization of technology to achieve operational excellence while contributing to the company's core values of making a positive environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities

Strategically implement, configure, and integrate advanced software applications to meet organizational objectives and user requirements.
Provide BAU support for end-users, troubleshooting complex issues to ensure minimal operational impact and system functionality.
Oversee regular maintenance, updates, and performance optimization to ensure application security, reliability, and ongoing performance.
Lead the innovation and development of cutting-edge applications, aligning them with organizational goals and emerging technology trends.
Serve as the principal technical resource for specialized application development, ensuring alignment with project objectives and delivering value.
Act as the technical authority and custodian of the BI data model, ensuring its integrity, development, and deployment across the organization.

Skills, Experience & Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related program.
At least 10 years of experience in application development, management, and system integration projects, with strong expertise in middleware.
Proficient in SQL and database administration, with experience handling big data models and the ability to design, query, and manage complex systems to optimize performance and security
Advanced skills in the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages) and Microsoft PowerBI.
Strong proficiency in development tools and languages, including Java and HTML, with solid experience in DevOps practices and architecture.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with end-users, understanding their needs, and providing tailored technical solutions in an autonomous work environment.
