Description

  1. AI Application Deployment: Deploy developed models to production environments, ensuring their stability and scalability.
  2. Technical Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest research developments in the field of artificial intelligence, propose innovative solutions, and provide cutting-edge technology support for business scenarios.
  3. Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with product, development, and business teams to translate AI technologies into practical products and services.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  2. Solid programming skills with proficiency in Python; familiarity with common tools and frameworks (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
  3. Familiarity with the model training process and the ability to optimize model performance.
  4. Practical project experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision (CV), or recommendation systems is preferred.
  5. Familiarity with distributed training frameworks (such as Horovod, DeepSpeed) or experience in handling large-scale datasets is preferred.
  6. Publication of AI-related papers or contributions to open source projects is preferred.
