Description

We help businesses grow their online presence through expert social media management. We are looking for a skilled Social Media Manager to join our team and take charge of the day-to-day management of our clients' social media accounts. If you're passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing, we want to hear from you


Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Scheduling:
  • Create engaging, high-quality content (images, videos, and written posts) for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Plan and schedule posts according to a content calendar.
  • Community Management:
  • Monitor and engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community around our clients’ brands.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track social media performance and create detailed reports to measure growth, engagement, and the success of campaigns. Use data to refine and improve strategies.
  • Strategy Development:
  • Collaborate with the team to develop social media strategies that align with each client’s business goals. Tailor content and campaigns to target specific audiences and maximize results.


Requirement

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and ad campaign management.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Proficiency in social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
  • Experience with paid social media campaigns and ad platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.

Creative Skills:

  • Graphic design skills (e.g., using Canva or Adobe Photoshop) are a plus.

Analytics Tools:

  • Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Sprout Social, or other social media analytics platforms.
