- Oversee daily store operations and ensure optimal customer service.
- Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales goals.
- Analyze sales trends and develop strategies to increase profitability.
- Maintain visual standards and ensure store compliance with policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
