1. Responsible for backend development in Python/Go based on LLM and platform system architecture to implement AI engineering applications.

2. Responsible for system development based on the Agent framework and the research and development of RAG.

3. Responsible for model performance and system tuning, monitoring, and deployment, enhancing performance and stability.

4. Participate in the development and suggestion of some AI functionalities.

5. Work closely with the product research and development team to ensure that LLM functionalities meet requirements.

1. Proficient in common data structures, familiar with Python, Linux, Docker, etc.;

2. Keep up with industry technology trends, track the latest research, selection, and implementation of AI-Agent technologies.

3. Have a certain understanding of cryptocurrency, with a strong enthusiasm for learning and exploring new things.

4. Possess good communication skills and teamwork abilities, with a high sense of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in developing AI Agents, RAG, MCP, familiar with open-source frameworks;

2. Proficient in Python/GO programming languages;

3. Preference for candidates with experience in container deployment technologies such as Docker, K8s;

4. Preference for candidates proficient in AI programming tools.
