Description
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and statements.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting tasks.
- Provide guidance and training to accounting staff to enhance their performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA is a must
- Proven experience in an accounting supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
