Description
- Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision
- Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
- Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching
- Maintain a safe and hazard-free working environment: GMP, Food Safety Practices, Health Protocols
- Orient and train newly hired kitchen staff regarding Rules & Regulations, etc.
- Other job-related duties assigned and instructed by the Management
Requirements
- College Graduate
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong training and leadership skills
- Flexible and bears a positive attitude
- Must be a very detail-oriented person
- Able to take initiative and resolve problems without supervision
- Good analytical, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Adheres to safety and sanitation protocols
