JOB SUMMARY

The Systems Support - Business Intelligence Officer is responsible in monitoring and developing business intelligence solutions for end-users requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Debug, monitor and troubleshoot Business Intelligence Solutions
• Create and deploy Business Intelligence Solutions
• Monitor salesforce and troubleshoot Qlik sense application
• Design and plan Business Intelligence Solutions
• Configure, deploy and maintain database servers
• Write salesforce data loader script
• Write relational and multidimensional database queries

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
• Has at least three (3) years of working experience in the related field
• Has at least three (3) years experience using Microsoft Business Intelligence Tools (SSAS, SSIS, SSRS), Microsoft SQL Management Studio, and Qlik sense application
• Knowledgeable in C#.net programming skills
• Knowledgeable in Salesforce CRM / Marketing cloud
• Knowledgeable in Business Intelligence application development using the Microsoft Business Intelligence stack (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, SQL Server)
• Knowledgeable in Data Visualization tools (Qlik sense)
