Responsible for preparation, analysis and filing of monthly and quarterly Expanded Withholding Tax (“EWT") returns.
Responsible for preparation, analysis and filing of Withholding Tax (“WTC”) returns.
Responsible for preparation, analysis and filing of monthly and quarterly Value Added Tax (“VAT”) returns.
Responsible for preparation, analysis and filing of monthly documentary Stamp Tax (“DST”) returns.
Responsible of preparation, analysis and filing of Withholding Tax Remittance Return for Onerous Transfer of Real
Responsible preparation, analysis and filing of quarterly and annual Income Tax Return for Onerous Transfer of Real
Responsible preparation, analysis and submission of quarterly and annual tax returns attachments such as SLSP, QAP, SAWT and monitoring of tax payments.
Responsible for the annual submission of AFS to BIR and SEC.
Responsible for preparation analysis and monitoring of Annual Inventory List.
Responsible for preparation and monitoring of annual submission of sworn declaration of annual gross income of sellers.
Responsible for preparing ad hoc reports and tax related supporting documents.
Preparation of BIR Audit (LOA) requirements.
Preparation of year-end FS Audit requirements related to tax matters.
Assistance to other departments for tax related queries.
Assistance to other departments for tax related queries.
And all other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned to you by the management.

Strong math, typing and computer skills especially with bookkeeping software and advanced excel skills
1-2 years experience as an Accounting Associate
Bachelor's/College Degree - BS Accountancy is preferred
Good written and verbal communication skills
Experience in Real Estate is an advantage
Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig City
