Description

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
At least 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, construction materials, or B2B sales.
Strong knowledge of the construction industry, including specifications, materials, and project management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical clients.
Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM software.
Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory and conduct regular site visits.
Ability to speak English, Bisaya, and Tagalog is a plus.
