Description

  • Responsible for the interaction design and visual design of the company's website, application, and related products.
  • Design user behavior and product information architecture; participate in product planning, ideation, user research, and analysis; optimize design solutions based on user research results.
  • Propose improvement plans for usability testing and evaluation of existing products; continuously optimize the user experience.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Fine Arts or related fields, with 1-3 years of experience in internet design; experience in Web3 product design is preferred.
  • Data-driven, able to reverse-engineer project design optimizations based on business data, and help continually optimize marketing products.
  • High aesthetic ability and capacity to grasp design trends; accurately understand the psychological and behavioral needs of target users and possess personal methods for product design output.
  • Strong logical deconstruction skills; able to break down business objectives into reasonable strategies, guide the design team to produce high-quality output, and assist in achieving business goals.
