2. Establish and manage user segmentation mechanisms, and formulate differentiated operational and engagement strategies;

3. Collaborate with BI to conduct behavioral data analysis, LTV forecasting, and path optimization;

4. Design and implement CRM and automated communication systems throughout the lifecycle;

5. Promote the enhancement of long-term user value, improving the LTV/CAC ratio.

1. Over 5 years of experience in user operation or growth analysis;

2. Proficient in using SQL, Python, or R for data modeling;

3. Deep understanding of user behavior analysis, lifecycle theory, and automated operations;

4. Familiarity with iGaming or large user platform operation systems;

5. Experience communicating with overseas users is preferred.
