Description
- Greet all guests in a warm greetings
- Taking food and drinks orders and engaging with customers to enhance their experience
- Deliver orders to the kitchen and ensure accurate and timely preparations
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle cash, credit cards and other forms of payments
- Organizing and maintaining a tidy work environment
- Keep the dining area clean and well maintained throughout the shift
- Communicating any issues or special requests from customers to relevant team members
- Assist in general cleaning tasks, such as sweeping and mopping
- Follow hygiene and safety standards in food handling and service
Requirements
- BS HRM/ Tourism courses
- Excellent communication skills and strong service abilities
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and the capacity to work effectively as part of the team
