Description
- Greet and seat customers warmly.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverages.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks promptly.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to fulfill orders.
Requirements
- Job Title: Waiter
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and customer service skills, strong teamwork and multitasking abilities, keen attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment, standing for long periods, may involve evening and weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong personal hygiene, effective time management, physical stamina, problem-solving capabilities.
