Description
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and team members.
- Ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Train and develop staff on safety and operational procedures.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet company goals.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in warehouse management or team leadership.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Excel, highly organized, capable of heavy lifting, flexible, experienced in handling personnel issues, staff coaching, and financially literate.
- Working Conditions: Primarily warehouse environment; must be able to work flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.
