XooRWA Operations Partner Recruitment | Full-time / Part-time / Internship
XooRWA is searching for Web3 enthusiasts to collaboratively advance the assetization of RWA brand properties.
About Us
XooRWA is a Web3 project under the XooCity ecosystem, focused on the digital issuance of RWA brands and user co-creation.
Responsibilities include:
Community building and user operations
Web3 content dissemination and user engagement
Resource coordination, event planning, and content strategy
Requirements
We expect you to:
Be familiar with Web3 / RWA / NFT / FT, with hands-on experience
Possess community or communication resources, with strong execution skills, and the ability to collaborate remotely
Compensation structure:
Cash + Commission + Profit Sharing
Performance-driven XooToken incentives
Specific salary is based on experience and capabilities, $300-3000
Accepting full-time, part-time, and internship positions
Collaboration includes a one-month probation period, details will be discussed during the interview
