Grow Enrollments is seeking a highly motivated and articulate Virtual Assistant - Sales to join our expanding team. While prior sales experience is not required, candidates must demonstrate a strong command of spoken and written English, with near-native proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and research target clients to gain a working understanding of the business, identify key challenges and market motivators for needing our service, product and/or solution
• Conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads and identify new business opportunities
• Follow up with, engage, and qualify outbound leads
• Actively engage target accounts and their internal decision-makers in early qualification discussions
• Utilize prospecting and research tools, coordinate with the BD Director and Senior Account Executive to qualify opportunities, and prepare for pitch meetings with qualified prospects
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
• Strategize with team members to innovate and improve the overall sales development process
• Conduct sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips using enablement technology to connect with new prospects
• Generate sales opportunities within target accounts
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential areas for growth
• Participate and collaborate on projects to increase overall team efficiency
• Take on other projects as directed

- Translate content from English or Chinese into Persian with precision.

- Ensure translation quality and consistency.

- Collaborate with the team to align content with company standards.

- Continuously optimize and enhance the translation process.

We are hiring a Mandarin to English Coordinator for a remote role in the PST time zone. The ideal candidate will manage project coordination tasks, ensuring smooth communication between teams and clients. This role does not involve sales or marketing but focuses on project coordination and administrative tasks.

• Coordinate events and projects, ensuring timely execution.
• Facilitate clear communication between Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking teams.
• Manage project documentation, timelines, and follow-ups.
• Ensure all reports and project details are accurately communicated.
