Job Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and implement growth strategies focused on user acquisition and transaction volume, including aspects such as onboarding, activation, retention, and monetization.

Marketing Campaign Planning and Operations: Plan and execute marketing activities that meet the needs of target users in alignment with Web3 ecosystem trends, including airdrops, task incentives, community events, and KOL collaborations to enhance brand exposure and user engagement.

User Operations: Build user growth pathways, optimize user retention and conversion, and incentivize user transactions and interactions through communities, content, and benefits.

Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor core metrics such as user growth and transaction volume, analyze data, and continuously optimize growth strategies to enhance ROI.

Ecological Partnership Expansion: Connect with industry KOLs, project teams, exchanges, and other Web3 ecosystem resources to promote collaborations aimed at expanding MemeBox's user base and market influence.

User Behavior Insights: Collect user feedback, analyze user needs, optimize product experiences, and enhance user loyalty.

Job Requirements:

Experience in the Web3 Industry: In-depth understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, familiar with products such as Meme, DEX, Yield, and preference will be given to candidates with independent DeFi project operation experience in the cryptocurrency industry.

Growth Operations Management Ability: Over 3 years of experience in growth operations, with at least 2 years of management experience, demonstrating successful cases of driving user growth and transaction growth from 0 to 1.

Data Analysis Skills: Ability to drive growth based on data, familiar with growth funnel analysis, A/B testing, user segmentation operations, and other methods.

Marketing and Event Planning: Familiar with marketing strategies in the Web3 industry, with practical experience in community growth, viral growth, and incentive activities.

Resource Integration Ability: Possesses KOL resources and community resources, capable of driving multi-party collaboration to achieve user growth and transaction growth targets.

Strong Execution and Self-Drive: Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset, able to efficiently execute growth plans in a rapidly changing market environment.

Bilingual in Chinese and English: Good English communication skills, capable of interfacing with overseas market resources.

Bonus Points:

Experience in growth operations management for cryptocurrency exchanges, DEX, and Web3 projects.

Familiar with Tokenomics and Web3 economic models, with experience in user incentive design.

Active influence in communities such as Crypto Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
