We are a dynamic digital agency specialising in creating innovative and user-friendly websites for diverse clients. We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in designing websites from scratch.

As a Web Designer, you will design visually compelling, user-centered websites. The successful candidate will combine their creative design skills with technical expertise to develop websites from the ground up and implement them using Elementor.

This role requires an eye for design, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of web design principles, including layout, typography, and colour theory.

• Design and create aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly websites from scratch, ensuring an intuitive user experience.    
• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand design requirements and ensure project goals are met.
• Create high-quality mock-ups, prototypes, and wireframes.
• Customise website components (menus, forms, buttons, etc.) to enhance interactivity and functionality.
• Optimise websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices
• Conduct cross-browser testing and resolve any compatibility issues
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies and implement best practices in design and web development
• Troubleshoot design and technical issues when needed.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure the seamless integration of design and functionality.

• Proven experience in web design, including creating websites from scratch and using Elementor for implementation
• A portfolio showcasing your design and web development skills, with a focus on websites built using Elementor
• Proficiency with Elementor, WordPress, and design tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, or Figma
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience designing responsive websites that work across various devices and screen sizes
• A good eye for detail, color combinations, and layout principles.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimisation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
