## Job Description

- Responsible for the UI/UX and website design of the company's products, including some graphic design related to brand image and marketing promotion.

- Able to create realistic flows, prototypes, and products using tools such as Figma.

- Communicate user experience at various stages of the design process through wireframes, flowcharts, and high-fidelity prototypes.

- Capable of designing UI across devices and providing reliable interaction design solutions for both desktop and mobile devices.

• Proactively identify and assess new business opportunities to expand Native's market presence and drive revenue growth. This includes market research, competitor analysis, and identifying potential partners and clients.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including DeFi protocols, dApp developers, financial institutions, and other relevant industry players to enhance Native's ecosystem and product offerings.
• Lead efforts to enter new markets and expand Native's footprint globally. This includes crafting and executing go-to-market strategies tailored to specific regions and market segments.
• Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including negotiations and contract management. 
• Collaborate closely with the legal and finance teams to ensure agreements align with company objectives and compliance standards.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with Native's value proposition.

– Develop and execute business development strategies in the global blockchain sector, identifying and engaging potential partners both domestically and internationally, including but not limited to technology providers, project parties, investment institutions, and industry media.

– Lead multinational business cooperation negotiations, ensuring fair and reasonable cooperation terms, facilitating the smooth implementation and execution of collaborative projects.

– Maintain and optimize global partnerships, promoting resource sharing and deep cooperation to jointly advance the global application of blockchain technology.

2. Ecosystem Development

– Lead the construction and development of the blockchain ecosystem, participating in or leading industry alliances, standard-setting activities, and enhancing the company's industry position and influence in the global blockchain field.

– Collect and analyze international blockchain industry conferences, forums, salons, and other activities, aligning participation with the company's development strategy to strengthen interactions and exchanges with the global blockchain community.

– Monitor and analyze global blockchain industry development trends, providing data support and decision-making advice for the company's globalization strategy.

3. Team Management and Leadership

– Build and manage an efficient and professional business development and ecosystem development team, clarifying team goals and responsibilities, and developing and executing the team's work plan.

4. Industry Resource Integration

Japanese Community Operations

【Main Responsibilities】

1. SNS Operations: Plan Twitter content for the community based on trending topics in the Japanese cryptocurrency space to build brand trust.

2. Community Management: Maintain and manage the Telegram community, enhance community engagement, and guide discussions.

3. Event Planning: Execute event planning in collaboration with partners, development teams, and KOLs, designing engaging activities such as community AMAs, anniversary draws, and study sessions.

【Qualifications】

1. 1-3 years of SNS operations experience in Japan, with a deep understanding and practical experience in SNS.

2. Native-level proficiency in Japanese, business-level proficiency in Chinese, and strong team communication skills.

3. High empathy skills, adept at guiding users to express their needs.

4. Interest in knowledge and business in the cryptocurrency field.

【Preferred Qualifications】

1. Experience hosting Japanese AMAs or live streams.

2. Experience in building Telegram communities.
