Descrição:
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and agents.
- Identify new sales opportunities and create strategies to expand market reach.
- Provide product training and support to partners.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requisito
- Job Title: Agent/Distribution Sales Representative
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of sales or distribution experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong public speaking, negotiation, and communication skills; adept in sales support and Salesforce; creative problem-solving ability; competent in customer relationship management.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environments, team collaboration, potential travel.
