Descrição:

  • A Customer Sales Officer's primary responsibility is to drive sales by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers while also focusing on customer satisfaction. They handle inquiries, resolve issues, and promote products or services to achieve sales targets. This role often involves a mix of customer service and sales, acting as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships: Establishing strong rapport with both new and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Identifying Customer Needs: Understanding customer requirements and tailoring product/service solutions to meet those needs.
  • Sales and Promotion: Presenting and promoting products/services to customers, highlighting their value and benefits.
  • Handling Inquiries and Complaints: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals.
  • Negotiating and Closing Deals: Negotiating prices and terms and securing sales agreements.
  • Providing Customer Service: Offering excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Generating Leads: Identifying and qualifying potential new customers.
  • Staying Informed: Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.

Requisito

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred. 
  • Experience: While some roles may require 1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or admin coordination, others may consider relevant experience as a plus. 
  • Sales Experience: Some positions might require specific sales experience, such as a minimum of 2-3 years in sales positions. 

Other Important Qualities:

  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in order processing, data entry, and report preparation is essential. 
  • Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach helps in addressing inquiries and providing excellent service. 
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure: The role often involves handling a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
