• As a Assistant Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, encompassing both company-owned and franchise initiatives. Your role entails close coordination with various departments to address construction-related concerns, allocate materials and equipment efficiently, and provide logistical support. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with National and Local Government permits and licenses, and facilitate the bidding and awarding of contracts to qualified contractors in alignment with the company's policies and objectives.
