Drink Sustainability Communications is looking for a full-time and home-based Business Development Associate. If you are results-driven, motivated to learn, and enjoy working in a team environment, Drink would like to hear from you!


With the goal of telling stories that inspire action and fuel change, Drink is dedicated to helping MSMEs, private corporations, NGOs, and government units around the country find effective and creative ways to make sustainability accessible to everyone. Drink meets and helps clients on their sustainability journey in moving forward with purpose. Read below to learn more about the role.


Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify new business opportunities (private, non-government, and government sectors, in and outside the Philippines), and conduct market research and competitor analysis to expand Drink’s service portfolio.
  • Drive end-to-end sales by managing leads, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to meet targets.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, activity updates, and accomplishments.
  • Develop compelling proposals and conduct effective pitch presentations and service process walkthroughs to prospective clients.
  • Maintain ongoing client communication by providing updates on active projects, new portfolio developments, upcoming events, and address client concerns proactively.
  • Assist in the development and execution of Drink marketing campaigns and activation platforms such as email marketing, social media, SEO, webinars, and others that can be identified in the business development plan.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events and networking events.
  • Collaborate with various departments for pitches and new accounts to ensure smooth project transitions and client satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in social media marketing and management tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace & Microsoft 365 suites, CRM systems, and online research tools, and sales methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
