• Cost estimating:
• Develop detailed cost breakdowns for projects based on project specifications, material quantities, labor rates, and other relevant factors. 
• Prepare accurate project budgets and cost forecasts. 
• Analyze market trends and cost drivers to inform estimations. 
• Cost control:
• Monitor project expenditures against the approved budget. 
• Identify potential cost overruns and implement corrective actions. 
• Track and analyze cost variances to understand deviations from the budget. 
• Project planning:
• Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules and resource allocation plans. 
• Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies related to project costs 
• Reporting and analysis:
• Generate regular cost reports for stakeholders, highlighting key cost trends and issues. 
• Perform cost-benefit analysis to evaluate project alternatives 
• Provide insights to inform decision-making on cost optimization

Working location: Novaliches Quezon City and Valenzuela

Salary: 20k to 23k
