- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels.

Requisito
- Job Title: Customer Service Representative
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, strong customer service orientation, excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively as a team player, and strong organizational skills. Experience in a call center is a plus.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, maintain accurate records, and support team performance.
- Working Conditions: Call center environment, flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, patient, attentive to detail, and adaptable to change.
