Job Title: Senior Multimedia Creative & Marketing Specialis

Location: Onsite

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Day Shift – Australian Business Hours) 

 

About the Role:  

We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented Senior Multimedia Creative & Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will support a premium Australian real estate brand by producing visually compelling content and crafting elevated digital campaigns that reflect the company’s distinct identity. 

This role blends creative direction, branding, copywriting, and digital content production with a strategic approach to social media marketing, graphic design, and client communication. You’ll be responsible for delivering stunning graphics, videos, ads, and social content that speaks to a refined audience—while ensuring brand storytelling remains cohesive, elegant, and impactful. 


Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Marketing 

  • Tailor content posting for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn 
  • Prepare mockups and schedules for Meta ad campaigns 
  • Contribute to premium copywriting, including captions and blog-style storytelling 

2. Graphic Design & Video Editing 

  • Design personalised social media graphics and marketing materials (digital & print) 
  • Edit high-quality videos and reels that match the brand’s tone and aesthetics 
  • Ensure content integrates effects, transitions, and masking commonly seen in real estate media 
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite tools, especially InDesign, and Final Cut Pro for professional output 

3. Virtual Assistant Experience 

  • Work comfortably and independently with international clients 
  • Represent the brand professionally in direct-to-client settings 
  • Provide creative support tailored for real estate marketing needs 

4. Brand Identity & Custom Content 

  • Develop visual assets that reflect exclusivity, elegance, and brand precision 
  • Maintain design cohesion across all materials, from social posts to campaigns

Requisito

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in creative content productiongraphic design, and social media marketing 
  • Skilled in tailoring content across InstagramFacebook, and LinkedIn 
  • Experience with Facebook Meta Ad scheduling, including ad mockups 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing polished visual content, campaign work, and copywriting samples 
  • Excellent copywriting skills—confident in producing elevated captions and blogs 
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and After Effects 
  • Strong video editing skills using Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or similar tools 
  • Ability to create real estate-style video edits with transitions, masking, and effects 
  • Highly organised and able to manage timelines independently in a fast-paced setup 
  • Confident in working directly with international clients (Australian experience is a plus) 
  • Previous experience supporting real estate clients is an advantage
