  • Drive user acquisition, product usage, growth marketing, affiliate marketing, partner relations, or growth marketing.
  • Proven success in managing affiliate or referral programs, ideally in fintech or crypto.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders across cultures and regions.
  • Demonstrated crisis and relationship management experience.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics and identify growth opportunities.
  • Fluency in either English or Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, Russian and Vietnamese would be an advantage.
