  • Proficient in Excel, computer hardware, printers, and internet/network configuration
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10/11 and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently while maintaining high-quality output
  • Capable of providing prompt and effective technical assistance.

Requisito

  • Must be a graduate of a 4-year IT-related course or equivalent

Experience:

  • At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support
  • Must be amenable to work in Mandaluyong City
