Descrição:

We are looking for a Logistics Clerk to join our team. The Logistics Clerk ensures accurate, timely, and efficient support for warehouse and logistics operations by maintaining proper records, coordinating shipment schedules, and assisting with inventory management. This role is integral to ensuring compliance with company policies, supporting smooth warehouse operations, and facilitating effective communication between suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments.


Responsibilities:


A. Documentation and Records Management

  • Prepare, review, and maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
  • Encode and update data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP system.
  • File and archive delivery receipts, invoices, bills of lading, and other logistics documents.
  • Verify accuracy of shipping documents against purchase orders and delivery schedules.

B. Logistics Coordination

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Communicate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments to confirm delivery schedules.
  • Support the preparation of customs clearance or regulatory documentation, if required.
  • Monitor shipment status and escalate issues or delays to the Warehouse Team Leader.

C. Warehouse Operations Support

  • Provide clerical support to the Warehouse Team Leader in managing daily operations.
  • Assist in inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
  • Ensure all dispatch and receiving documents are properly logged and filed.
  • Support the implementation of warehouse layout and storage practices to optimize space.

D. Compliance and Safety

  • Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), GMP, company policies, and safety regulations.
  • Report discrepancies, damages, or delays in deliveries and stock movements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company records and sensitive logistics information.
  • Support audits and inspections by ensuring completeness and accuracy of documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain support.
  • Familiarity with logistics documentation, inventory management, and transport coordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with WMS/ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy in record-keeping, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Can start ASAP.
