Toomics Studio is looking to hire a Performance Marketing Associate member in the Philippines to join our growing team.

Work experience in this field is not required, but a passion to learn and grow is! Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

Job Description:

• Manage online advertising across various platforms, including Google, Meta, and traffic channels.
• Identify, optimize advertisement campaigns and implement actionable insights through data analysis.
• Design advertisement banners using Adobe Photoshop, write catchy ad text and craft engaging ad copy.
• Be creative, flexible, and self-motivated in a fast-paced work environment.
• Collaborate with marketers at the Korean HQ to execute marketing tasks in English.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
• Passion for web comic content.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop.
• Communicate and work closely with team members located both in the Philippines and in South Korea.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced skills in using Adobe Photoshop.
• Active engagement in social media and online communities (e.g., Reddit).

Conditions:

Job Type: Full-time / On-Site

Salary: P17,000 - P20,000

Working Hours : 9:00 AM ~ 6:00 PM (Monday ~ Friday)
