- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and support.
- Manage client communications and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and travel arrangements.
- Assist in processing orders and managing inventory.
- Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure smooth operations within the sales department.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum education level is high school diploma or equivalent; no specific degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in sales or administrative support.
- Chinese speaking working environment
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist manager for AOC duties, manage schedules, process orders, and maintain records.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, typical work hours with some flexibility required.
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, self-motivated, team player, and ability to multitask.
