Descrição:

  • Meets with customers to drive product sales.
  • Follow and consistently achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • Finds new target markets and penetrates them to drive sales.
  • Work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Attracting new customers, communicating with prospects on the phone or face-to-face and advising clients how to match various furniture items.
  • Keeping track of inventory levels to ensure there is enough supply to meet demand
  • Providing customers with product knowledge and answering questions regarding pricing, delivery details, or repair services
  • Presenting mock living room or bedroom setups in the store to help potential buyers envision how items will look in their own home
  • Coordinating deliveries of furniture to customers’ homes or businesses
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
  • “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
  • Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
  • Actively seek out customers in and out of store
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
  • Cross sell products
  • Handle returns of merchandise
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers
  • Comply with inventory control procedures
  • Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design)


Requisito

  • Newly graduates are welcome to apply
  • With personable demeanor, outgoing personality and charismatic attitude
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Must be willing to be trained as a sales designer/sales associate
  • Amenable to cold calling/going out to attend client meetings
  • Preferably with sales background
  • Persuasion ability
  • Furniture retail familiarity
  • Good math skills, and customer service
  • Willing to be assigned in Pasig or Makati area
  • Willing to work at 10am-7pm schedule
  • Can start as soon as possible


Educational Background

  • Preferably 2-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent
