Descrição:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify opportunities.
- Set sales targets and quotas for the sales team, ensuring they are aligned with company objectives.
Requisito
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Previous experience in a sales leadership or management position is highly preferred.
- Experience in managing a team of sales professionals, with demonstrated success in improving team performance and driving results.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Familiarity with the industry or market the company operates in (e.g., technology, retail, manufacturing, healthcare) is a plus.
- Understanding key competitors, market trends, and customer behavior is crucial.
