  • Oversee daily operations of the customer service team.
  • Train and mentor staff to enhance service quality.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues effectively.
  • Monitor team performance and KPIs.
  • Implement strategies for improved customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and feedback sessions.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • JLPT N1 ( Fluent in Japanese/English )  
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills; proficiency in CRM software.
  • Oversee customer service team, resolve escalated issues, implement service policies, and train staff.
