The Construction Supervision Engineer is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities to ensure construction projects are executed in accordance with approved plans, quality standards, and safety regulations. This role involves actively reviewing design documents, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and conducting routine checks. The engineer will play a key role in tracking project progress and contributing to timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI)

• Make sure our construction project on time , and report any issue or risk to management

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction supervision, engineering, or a related field
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Solid understanding of electrical plans and ability to make technical recommendations
• Familiarity with air-conditioning (HVAC) plans and ability to coordinate with suppliers and installers
• Knowledge of construction materials and standards for conducting quality inspections
• Broad knowledge of general construction works and ability to identify workmanship and quality issues

Required Skills

• Supervise and monitor contractor activities on-site to ensure adherence to project specifications, timelines, and safety standards
• Conduct daily site inspections and prepare comprehensive daily reports on progress, issues, and observations
• Participate in formal project inspections, quality checks, and evaluations of contractor performance
• Communicate with internal teams regarding project technicalities and adjustments
• Conduct materials inspection to ensure compliance with quality and specification standards
• Support procurement and material approval processes when required
• Maintain organized documentation and assist in preparing project reports using basic computer tools (e.g., MS Word, Excel)
