职位描述

  • Report to the Production Supervisor
  • Create products in accordance to standards
  • Help improve and renew recipes
  • Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, and other kitchen equipment
  • Clean kitchen equipment and tools before use
  • Understand food safety practices
  • Perform other duties in the kitchen as prescribed
  • Willingness to work independently or with team leaders to solve problems, plan schedules, and fulfill orders
  • Flexibility to work around customer demands including early morning, night, weekend, and holiday availability
  • Ability to work in hot and hectic environment, stand, walk, bend, use hands, and equipment,
  • lift heavy items for extended periods

  • Educational Qualifications: High School/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in daily operations, support team projects, and ensure quality control.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require flexible hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic team player.
