• BS Industrial Engineering, BS Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Preferably with related work experience as PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR in Semiconductor Industry.

• Knowledgeable in PLATING, (EOL) MOLD, DTFS, LASER MARK process.

• Applicants must be willing to work in Cupang.
