Admin/Receptionist Associate is responsible for supporting administrative professionals to help them stay organized and complete tasks that allow them to focus on more advanced responsibilities. Their duties organizing meetings for Administrators, greeting office visitors and composing documents on behalf of Administrators.
Answer phones and greet visitors.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings.
Collate and distribute mail.
Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence.
Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Coordinate with building admin, vendors and suppliers to process gate pass.

Candidate must possess at least any Bachelor’s / College Degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written, including the ability to prepare reports, proposals and procedures.
Ability to multitask.
Good organizational, stress, and time management skills.
Tactful and discrete when dealing with people and confidential information.
Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
At least 1 – 2 years of related work experience is required for this position.
