Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for actively participating in team discussions and contributing to providing solutions to work-related problems. Your typical day will involve performing independently, becoming an SME, and contributing to team discussions to solve work-related issues. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues. - Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference. - Monitor application performance and identify areas for improvement. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Tagetik Planning Budgeting and Forecasting - Strong understanding of application support and troubleshooting processes. - Experience in analyzing and resolving technical issues. - Knowledge of SQL queries and database management. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Tagetik Planning Budgeting and Forecasting. - This position is based at our Manila office.
