De Castro Consulting specializes in HR, IT & Technology services for start-up, scale-up, and enterprise businesses in the Philippines. The company offers regulatory compliance consultancy and focuses on growing operations for clients in industries such as BPO, Tech, Financial, Realty, and Insurance, serving as a one-stop-shop for all business needs.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Appointment Setter located in Taguig City. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for setting appointments, appointment scheduling, lead generation, communication, and customer service on a daily basis.


Qualifications

  • Setting Appointments, Appointment Scheduling, and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Experience in coordinating schedules and managing appointments
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM software is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1 year experience in BPO is a PLUS
