簡介
- Maintain excellent service standards while providing prompt, courteous customer service by phone and email.
- Effectively handle client complaints and issues to guarantee satisfaction.
- Help clients with account setup, updates, and account-related troubleshooting.
- Gain and preserve in-depth product knowledge to deliver precise support.
- Keep track of all consumer interactions in the client's system, including questions, grievances, comments, and resolutions.
- Ensure a smooth and satisfying client experience by offering reliable, end-to-end assistance.
職位要求
- At least a senior high school or high school (old curriculum) graduate.
- Has computer proficiency.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
- Good English communication skills.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
- Can report on-site.
